Jet Grind Radio

Now in my opinion this game is revoluitonary. This game combines Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, and Grand Theft Auto! In this game about street gangs on rollerblades, your job is simple: Defend your area (and gain new areas) and tag em up.
A great feature is that you can create your own grafitti and spray it in the game. Jet Grind Radio allows you to skate around running from cops and tagging neighborhoods and just having a lot of fun.
Although the emphasis is on tagging, that's not all there is to the game. You can earn bonus points by doing tricks on your blades, and lots or rails, pipes, and tunnels help you do that. This game is certainly not your run of the mill skate game or your run of the mill action game- it's a callaboration if both. You will definately want to add this to your own Dreamcast Library.
